DMCA Policy – Greenfield Global

Greenfield Global respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that content on Greenfield Global infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL

2. Submitting a Notice

DMCA notices should be submitted through our contact page with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request". Please provide all required information for prompt processing.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material and its previous location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction

4. Repeat Infringers

Greenfield Global maintains a policy of terminating relationships with repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. Good Faith

Please note that misrepresentation of facts in a DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages. Consult with legal counsel before submitting if you are unsure whether content infringes your rights.

6. Original Content

All original content on Greenfield Global, including articles, reviews, and graphics, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited without written permission.
